Bury Aces is a welcoming, inclusive VI sports club where blind and partially sighted people of all ages can get active, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive community. Whether you’re completely new to sport or already competing, there’s a place for you here.


Weekly Sessions

Monday: Development Session

Time: 6:00 – 8:30 pm

Location: Bury Blind Society

Cost: £2 donation

Who it’s for:

  • Beginners
  • Returning players
  • Anyone wanting structured coaching
  • Players building confidence or learning the game

What to expect:

  • Warm, friendly welcome
  • Guided coaching
  • Skills, drills, and confidence‑building activities
  • Supportive, psychologically safe environment
  • Volunteers available for orientation and assistance

Thursday: Open Play

Time: 6:00 – 8:30 pm

Location: Bury Blind Society

  • All abilities
  • Players wanting match play
  • Social players
  • Those preparing for competitions

What to expect:

  • Flexible, relaxed session
  • Match play and free play
  • Coaches available for support
  • Social, fun, community atmosphere
